Deliveries within the UK and Channel Islands are all free of charge. Our courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as swiftly as possible. Delivery is subject to stock availability with delivery times of within 5 to 10 working days. Please allow extra time on Bank Holidays, weekends and during our busy Easter and Christmas period. Should you require alternative delivery times please inform us and we’ll do our best to fulfil your request. For security purposes all deliveries will require a signature and photographic identification if you are not present at the time of delivery. Our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery.
ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS
You might prefer us to deliver your jewellery to an alternative address in which case we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure safe delivery of your package.
Our customer protection policy is very important to us, therefore orders may be subject to certain security checks. This may cause a slight delay in the processing of some orders. We may need to contact you to carry out our security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.
Should you have made the wrong selection and return your item within 14 days we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge). Please email or call us on +44 (0) 7531012274, stating the reason for your return and pack your parcel securely in the original packaging. We strongly advise that you post using recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods or offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved at your request. For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details. Therefore, on receipt of your returns form, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends on how quickly your card issuer processes this.
